Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sakthivel Organics, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains when cancellations, returns, and refunds apply to our physical products, digital downloads, and online courses.

1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp at 9840602976 or email at [email protected]. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — please refer to the return conditions below instead.

2. Physical Products (Seeds, Herbal Products & Tools)

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:

• The product arrived damaged or defective, or
• An incorrect product was delivered

Conditions for return:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• Clear photos of the issue must be shared with us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery

Refund process:

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the error is on our side (damaged, defective, or incorrect product)

Please note: as seeds and herbal products are perishable and hygiene-sensitive, returns for reasons other than the above (such as change of mind) cannot be accepted.

3. Digital Products (PDF Downloads)

All digital download purchases are final. No refunds will be issued once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience technical issues accessing your file, contact us and we will resolve it promptly at no cost.

4. Online Courses

Enrolling in an online course grants immediate access to the full digital course content. As digital content cannot be returned, all course purchases are final and non-refundable once the course content has been accessed.

We will gladly issue a refund in the following cases:

• Duplicate or double payment for the same course
• Payment was deducted but course access was not granted, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours

Refund requests under these conditions must be made within 7 days of purchase via WhatsApp or email. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
